Prices
For over seas purchasers, the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate functions. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Payment
Prices as stated are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 12.5%
New Zealand Goods & Service Tax(GST). Please contact us via e-mail if
you would like a shipping quote to international destinations. We
reserve the right to make price changes at our discretion.
Our website uses a secure server to process your payments.
We regret that products contaning benzylpiperazine cannot be shipped to
some countries.
Payment is accepted online via: Visa or MasterCard or you can call us
on 09 3601133 and we can take your credit card instructions over the
phone or you can do internet payments straight into our account.
Our online payment system is secured by a 128-Bit SSL certificate and
processed by the Paypro Payment Gateway.
CVC2 Verification
Some banks requires that you use you enter a CVC2 verification, this is the 3 digit code found physically printed on the BACK of your credit card, often to the right of the number itself.
Delivery
There is a delivery charge with every order. The standard delivery
charge is $3.
If ordered before 10am Monday-Thursday, goods will be delivered to any
city areas the next day ( you must sign for the goods ). Rural areas may
take extra time. If ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, goods will be
delivered to any city areas on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Delivery is dependent upon the performance of our courier company so
delivery timeframes are beyond our control. We have selected the best
company we know to ensure prompt delivery.
Please inspect product packaging on receipt from the courier. If for any
reason your goods arrive with damaged packaging you must ensure the
damage is noted by the courier, and advise us by e-mail or fax within 3
days.
You must notify us strictly within 3 days of receiving your order if
there is any product damage inside the packaging. We will advise you
what to do to get the goods back to us. We will send you a replacement
as soon as possible, once we have received the goods back from you.
Our products are dispatched as soon as payment has been received.
Shipping time will depend your on your location. Contact us if you would
like to discuss delivery to suit your requirements. We allow 2-3 working
days for New Zealand. For International orders allow 7-14 days for
deliveries.
We cannot deliver goods to PO Boxes.

International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to
the following:
- Customers will be liable for any customs, duties, or tariffs for their
destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us,
charges / cost of goods will not be refunded
- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the
customer will be charged for shipping charges (to the customer and back
to us).

We use DHL for international delivery. You can trace your delivery

Shipping prices will vary for international.
